The Salotto, an elegant room on the ground floor where an extraordinary Breakfast will be served from 8 to 10 am. The combination of a good glass of wine, a collection of tasty treats of local cheese or sliced meats can be served during Happy Hour in the early evening.
Il Negozio – or “the shop” carries a collection of local products from Tuscany and Umbria, the best local biologic wine and olive oil, natural skin care products, lifestyle and interior decoration.
A Loggia – the Salon/Conference Room on the second floor is equipped for small group, Italian Food Lovers Adventure. A large space for up to 50 people. It was the olive-drying room, and now can be used for business meetings, family reunions, exhibits, parties or even yoga classes. It has a private entrance from the garden. 
Guests at the Locanda will have a special convention with the famous Fonteverde spa located in the charming historic town of San Casciano dei Bagni (3 miles away).
Other area activities include horseback riding, mountain biking, hiking through the Tuscan hills, cooking lessons, water-coloring, wine-tasting, exploring Italian gardens or simply relaxing and experiencing succulent Tuscan meals.
Do you want to get married, celebrate your birthday, on the road with your touring society, come cycling with your club, workshops… Each proposal is welcome and negotiable!
On the side of the Locanda is the small “EX-Frantoio” (former olive mill) restaurant scheduled to open in the summer of 2018.
The B&B is 10 minutes from San Casciano dei Bagni, Cetona and Citta della Pieve, while Orvieto, Todi, Perugia, Pienza, Siena, Montepulciano, Montalcino or Cortona are less than an hour’s drive away.
